Have you ever stopped and wondered whether the moon phases affect us? After all it does affect the tides, the changing of the seasons and is important in stabilizing the axis of the earth’s rotation. The moon phases can affect our mind, body, and emotions in many ways. We tend to sleep less during the new moon phase and rise early. Our appetite tends to increase, and we tend to experience spurts of energy. Or this may be a time we usually experience sudden insights and develop new ideas.

Join us in this workshop as we dive into the eight moon phases and how it affects us and the world around us. It can influence and assist our mood, emotions, intentions, and monthly rhythms. We will also explore ancient observances of the moon and how it we can apply this “moon magic” to our daily lives.
